Drove here twice from Cleveland, both times awesome experience The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable especially Mr Alphonso- the Boss, simply awesome!!! And hey I am a Doctor and a fair good judge of character…. Mitchell is very efficient and knows what she’s talking about!! Kevin in parts gave a total honest explanation when we asked about Hybrid car battery replacement even at the risk of losing a Sale This is a new Management under Alphonso, so don’t go by the older reviews, just come here
The customer service is superb! Erin, One of the service advisors, was such a gem! I have been having some audio issues where the sound wouldn't initially play but my head unit worked. I went to bmw north canton because it's close to my house and after going back twice they weren't able identify a problem and claimed it is working properly. I decided to go to BMW Akron and after only an hour they were able to identify the problem and resolve it! I am beyond grateful and will now be driving 30 minutes to Akron for any service... read more
Took car in for diagnoses. I told the lady I needed three codes checked out and a noise to be inspected. She told me that it would be $219 to start. The tech “diagnosed” the noise (he didn’t) and gave me a quote on what he thought it could be. When I asked about the three codes I read off to the lady that were fuel related and I had said I want these diagnosed.
