Terrible experience with this BMW dealership! Deception and unethical. Spent over an hour negotiating a car purchase as a surprise for my wife. During the negotiation process, I made it clear not once or twice, but several times that this vehicle needs to be purchased under my company, and I was to be a guarantor (which does not affect my personal credit) I was told repeatedly that would not be a problem. I’m embarrassed to admit I purchased my brand new 2024 BMW x5 here. They took advantage of a woman (with autism spectrum disorder) who had just lost her mother. The sales department does not care about you as person. I will say, Jake, in service is . He cares about you and is amazing. Take your brand new BMW here. But don’t purchase one from here if you’re a woman.
