Took my BMW 528i xDrive in for routine service and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. My Service Advisor, Brandon Barlow, and the technician who worked on my car were both highly professional and clearly skilled at what they do. The dealership itself has a genuinely classy, welcoming atmosphere, and the snack selection was a nice touch while I waited. My car came back running great. Highly recommend BMW Northwest, I'll definitely be back. Until then, its another 5 stars from me.
I had a great experience working with Adam. He was super friendly, professional and made the process really easy. I’m really happy with my new car and definitely recommend Adam to anyone looking for shopping for a vehicle.
My wife had a sedan and wanted to trade it in for SUV. Mr. Alan Sluka in the BMW NW pre-owned department worked with us and ultimately my wife drove home a vehicle that she absolutely LOVES! Mr. Sluka was amazing. He went above and beyond our expectations of how a salesman does business. If your looking for a great value, I recommend BMW NW and while you're there ask for Mr. Alan Sluka. He'll do you right!
Why do you guys put LoJack on new BMW's??? Had mine stolen in Bellevue, then found by BMW in South Lake Union untouched... point is, BMW has a great tracking system already.
