BMW Baby The BMW dealership in North Scottsdale is one of the finest. We have visited this location on several occasions and have always been impressed. They have a great inventory and even better service program.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR SERVICE These ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKED OF ALL CAR DEALERSHIPS. THEY CHARGE FOR AN INSPECTION $1,500 AND THEN JUST TELL YOU WHATS WRONG WITH THE CAR AND EVERYTHING LISTED IS AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE. PREGNANT WOMEN HAVE TO WAIT LONGER. SERVICE MANAGER JUST FEEDS THE NORMAL CORPORATE LINGO AND DOES NOT HELP AT ALL. Pricey The car sales at North Scottsdale BMW are like any other car sales. Getting your car fixed though is a very costly experience. They tend to look not only at the problem you brought your car in for, but try to sell you on a million other things that you don't necessarily need.
Nice Selection BMW North Scottsdale has a very nice selection of cars. Sales staff was friendly and not pushy. Very clean location, knowledgeable sales staff and service department.
