I will try to keep this review as short as possible. Theres a lot that happened. I had my bmw towed to darcars for a non refundable diagnostic fee for an intermittent no start, limp mode. Diagnostic came out to $1200 and they found I needed $7900 in work to repair. They said the valvetronic motor and shaft need replacing with all related parts and gaskets. $7900 estimate. I asked the rep how they know thats the problem for the no start and he said they only look at whats currently broken and fix things until the car works...... read more
I bought certified used car for my son and was good deal... Provide very good service when it comes to sales... I needed to cancel the plan I did when I bought the car and had to call more than 30 times (| mean it) with no one helping or guide you .. No one calls or texts for updates. No answering to emails... I have not received my plates yet and discovered after 6 weeks was not even done.. I would be very careful before adding any other maintenance service as they have very poor after sale service.
I have had three straight experiences with the service department and all three have been sub-par. From going to the wrong address, to not fixing the problem, to the driver driving my car back so fast to me that he got a speeding ticket to the car taking the entire day to go an oil change and was not dropped off back to me on time. I know all of this sounds like first-world problems, but when dealing with a "high-end" dealership you expect a certain level of service. I will be finding another dealership to deal with
