My transaction with SoSo cycles was an overall pleasant experience. I called them from San Jose about a CE04, to make sure it was still available and to ask them to make sure it had a full charge so that I could get it back from San Francisco if my purchase completed. I gave the sales associate some info to start things and then made my way up there via CalTrain. Upon arrival a few hours later (hooray Caltrain!) the bike was plugged in and marked as sold for me, which was a nice touch. There were a couple of hiccups working ... read more
