Best group of guys at any shop around, and everyone rides to work daily!
Usually when you are dropping $25,000+ on a vehicle they have the decency to fill the tank, remove all the plastic wrap etc.. None of this was done plastic all on the dials, turn signals etc.. Was not real impressed even the cheap guys down the road know better. Had low air in the front tire too had to stop and fill it up.
I bought a used Multistrada v4s from this store and rode it home to California. The experience at the store was pleasant but when I got home and got time for a closer inspection in my garage I noticed the hose coming out of the crankcase vent was broken and judging by the state it was definitely broken before I picked up the bike. I refuse to believe they would take a trade in without noticing the issue which they didn't disclose in the ad or to me in person. After visiting several bike dealers I stopped into BMW Motorcycles of Portland Cascade Moto and was met by Josh S. He politely listened to what I was looking for and quickly guided me to the bike that would make me happy long term. I wanted a quality bike with lots of torque, and a dealer with skilled folks to take care of me in the future. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2023 R 1250 GS. Thank you Josh !!!
I meant to do this a couple weeks ago, but clearly it slipped my mind. I’m in the market for a new bike, and I am looking at a few different makes/models. I have decided to go a different route, but my experience at Cascade BMW in the search for what’s next was excellent. Josh S. was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He answered all my questions, helped me with a few demo rides, and treated me well. I would not hesitate to send anyone to work with him who was in the market for a BMW. Thanks Josh.
