Bought new K1600 in S Dakota, shipped to Phoenix. Was riding to Detroit and a small storage wouldn’t stay shut. Spoke with Tim Tim Adair oops on phone who said: bring it by w/o appointment. When I got there, he went directly outside to the bike and drove it into the service department. After chatting with very friendly people in service and parts for about 15 minutes, the tech brought me the keys to the bike and had it all taken care of. Didn’t do the job I paid them to do This was a failure of quality assurance on multiple levels. I asked them to replace a fork seal and some specialty belly pan bolts. First issue came after about a month of not hearing from them, so I called, to which they responded “oh yeah that’s been sitting in the corner, we totally forgot about it, it’s done though.” After about a month I went to do an oil change and noticed they didn’t order the factory belly pan bolts and just used something around the shop, so the nuts are 2 differe... read more
