Great experience. Was traveling through and needed service. Sometimes this can be hard when you’re from out of town. They got me right in and on my way quick. Awesome service.
Dropped off bike for service and tire change and adding on another part I brought there. Told me it’ll take two days, was done when in few hours. Great service, awesome turn around time, and when I check up on the work they did, it was done properly with company specs. Super professional and will drop off other bikes there in near future for all my service work.
mc travel means often needing help on the road. i have been to a number of bmw dealers around the country and gotten xlnt prompt service almost everywhere. in fact, the service was always faster and lower priced than at my local dealer in austin, where i've waited 3 - 5 hours for a tire change . my best dealer experience to date was recently at bmw motorcycles of memphis. i called early and spoke with tim about a new rear tire for my 2021 gsa. i needed a michelin ankakee adventure and they had it. i pulled into the dealershi... read more
