Awesome Place to do business with, I had emailed the service manager about getting my bike to do the 600 mile break in service, and I was going to drop it off and leave it, so they could do it when they we`re able to for the 600 mile break-in service, when I went drop it off the Saturday march 22 2025, Steve told me he could get it done that day, and I could come back in about 1-1.5 hrs to pick it back up, he called me said it was all done and ready in hour, great service and will do business with them again.
The benchmark for a motorcycle dealership in terms of customer experience. Wonderfully friendly and passionate people, doing all they can to support their customers and grow the community. They make you feel at home, and because it does, you come back! Keep up the great work everyone!
These parts counter folks are beyond amazing! Extremely attentive, knowledgeable about the parts an ALL models, and always quick to get back to you with a answer/solution. The service department is a little pricey, but hey. You pay for what you get, and that's top notch confidence these guys are going to do the job right the first time.
