Even though I’m in California, I keep going back to BMW Grand Rapids for all my motorcycle accessories. Most recently I ordered a Touratech handlebar riser, and just like every time, the experience was smooth and reliable. The parts department team is amazing—super helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s hard to find service like this nowadays. Highly recommend them no matter where you’re located.

I think it is a great dealership. Armando helped me aquire my dream bike. Carl was awesome with the financing. Steve and the service department have most helpful and kept the bike running well. Brandon and the entire parts/accessories department have been great finding me what I need and what I don't know I need lol. I always have a positive experience there.

Armando is incredible, amazingly friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Karl in finance is a hoot, and the the rest of the Staff are quite friendly as well from my limited experience. Definitely worth buying your next beemer from here just for the folks who work here. 10/10
