I purchased a used bike from Ride Now Austin in the past and had a good experience overall. Today I went to the BMW demonstration ride during my lunchtime. I preregistered, but they don't allow you to pick which bike you want to demo ahead of time. When I arrived, none of the Sport-Touring bikes were available. I ended up on a top heavy GSA 1300. The bike wouldn't start, and the BMW representative scolded me for not shaking the bike in order to reactivate the key fob. At least I proved to myself I don't want that bike. The g... read more
I agree with the other dozen one star reviews here. This is one of those dealerships where they ignore you when you walk in and the 30 minutes you’re wondering around looking at $30k GSAs to buy. There were plenty of employees talking to one another but apparently can’t ask a customer if they have been helped or want to look at anything. The same can be said for RideNow Powersports. They are the same building. I walked out after no one approached me and will be happy to take my money elsewhere.

I bought a nearly $30K GSA 1250 only to find out after all the paperwork was signed that they had lost the key to it. They gave me a crappy little “emergency key” that can be used to start the bike, but doing so is absolutely obnoxious. You have to hold the key to the underside the bike while you press the start button on the steering column. And the cargo boxes on the bike can’t be locked/unlocked with the emergency key either. They told me at the time not to worry because BMW rushes key orders and I should have a real key ... read more
Definitely the only place to get your service done. Around Austin. I was on a road trip cross America and need a tire change immediately. They managed to make it through!! Also this place is huge!
