Thanks to Wesley Thomas, who created an awesome sales and buying experience, and is very welcoming on multiple occasions I talked to him, he was a big factor in my buying the bike I did. It was always a very friendly and great experience to deal with Wes, even though I didn’t by a bike a few times I visited and just had questions, he took all the time to answer my questions and this last time I bought a bike from him. Wes was great to work with, I was between a few models they had in the showroom and he helped with questions I had on both. Eventually I settled on an S1000XR and the team at ridenow was very easy to work with, picking up the bike and all paperwork went quickly and I was on my way! Even when I had an issue with software later on they were able to quickly take care of it at no cost, I was impressed that they were committed to post sale support even on a used machine
Great experience at RideNow. . Wes was a pleasure to work with. He let me test drive my bike before buying and answered all of my detailed questions. A very easy buying experience.
