I bought my 2022 BMW F900R about a month ago. The sales experience was great—my salesman, Tyler, and his manager, Ethan, treated me well, and I left happy with my new bike. Now for the bad. Tyson Viessman was my salesman and he was fantastic. I bought from out of state (TX) and communication was excellent. He went above and beyond to coordinate a same day sale. I got a great deal on my BMW R1300GS Adventure Trophy and within a couple hours I was on a plane from DFW to pick it up. I flew in within about an hour of closing time. Customer service was very good. I'm not sure why BMW continues to market the GA model knowing the issue with the stability problem. I found the GTL also has the same problem but not quite as bad. Known for their quality I'm somewhat disappointed.
Best damn bmw dealership I've ever worked with out of 6 dealerships and owning 3 beamers and just bought my 4 here with them. Zach and bear both are great to they went out of there way to accommodate me through the entire process
