I recently purchased a BMW, this is my first. Luc was fantastic, very easy to deal with and I felt I was given a very fair deal, he also made picking up the vehicle a relaxing and fun experience. Rabab was great, very helpful and explained everything. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would recommend you talk to BMW Moncton.
I'm giving 3 stars to the sales department because they would stand on their heads to sell you a car, the service department is horrible you call leave messages to book an appointment they never call back. They never answer the phone, I called for a week straight with zero response and zero call back. If there was another BMW dealership around I would go there. I booked my car elsewhere twice due to the lack of customer service. I've never seen anything like this super thumbs down for the service department
Best experience by far highly recommend Ron at Bmw in the Moncton area. The staff are all amazing and super friendly seem extremely happy and they all partner and work together to make everything happen. Ron took amazing care of me for my first Bmw and I couldn’t be more excited.
Currently used car shopping so have visited a number of dealers in Moncton, and this was the only negative experience. Reading other reviews I think we were unlucky with the salesperson, who had zero knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in, and just wanted a quick sale. This was the only salesperson we spoke to who had zero interest in cars, despite "selling" a high performance brand, and the only test drive where there was no explanation of the vehicle, it's history, it's features, etc. I also showed interest in anot... read more
