Some back and forth with pricing, but overall Teddy has been great, and his after sale service continues being great. Will be buying a second car here soon enough
Beautiful product, however it is unfortunately difficult to speak with the service department without going into the dealership. Slow to return voice mail. Leads to wasted time playing phone tag.

Absolutely excellent customer service. After having issues with my local dealer in Halifax, I contacted Moncton BMW. The level of customer care was significantly different. Rather than trying to push the blame on the customer, Moncton BMW took ownership and worked with me to resolve the issue at no cost to me. Truly excellent customer service.
