Technician was very knowledgeable and solved the issue within a few minutes. Very helpful!
It seems no one at service department to pick up your phone, tried to call them a lot of time and left the message as well but nothing happens after 24 hours. Made an appointment with chat bot on website and this was really a joke, appointment confirmed on Nov 21 but when I checked again, someone said there is no my name on the list.
Great service friendly staff all my years buying cars from different dealerships first one I actually felt important and a person not like others.. Oct 30 2025 Just finished a service and a issue with front tires, after a discussion with the dealership manager a positive outcome came about. To me it's all about service after the sale. They have guaranteed that my next vehicle purchase will be there again.
Had an issue with the ABS brake light was on in the dash after replacing the ABS brakes sensor. They charged me $230 for a diagnostic and didn't fix the problem. They are overpriced. I also have a Ford. A few years ago. I had a light in the dash on. I went over at Ford. It cost me $60 and they did fix the problem. So what's wrong with BMW?
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received at Moncton BMW. This is now the third time I have had to visit for the same engine issue, and despite replacing the fuel rail pressure sensor, the problem has not been resolved. After my last visit on September 15, the engine light came back on the very same day, and my vehicle is now showing a “Drivetrain malfunction – drive power reduced” warning.
