Very disappointing experience at BMW Markham. My service advisor, TJ, followed up with me asking for a 10/10 survey rating, but the actual service did not reflect that at all. I was promised a complimentary VIP Clean Up (interior & exterior), but this was never completed, and there was no follow-up. Extremely disappointed with the pre-owned sales service here. The final price was significantly higher than the advertised list price due to numerous hidden fees. On top of that, they were completely unwilling to negotiate or offer any discounts. I don't recommend this place if you value price transparency. Avoid this place! The advertised price is a total lie once they add on all the hidden fees. They are outright misleading their customers.
I had an EXTREMELY NEGATIVE experience with this dealership and would strongly warn others to stay away. The dealership agreed in writing to replace the 2 front tires (which were a different brand from the back) so they would match the rear summer tires (I have that on writing by sales representative on e-mail). Instead, they replaced all of them with race track tires without my knowledge or permission. This was an extremely frustrating and misleading experience. The service advisor quoted me a “key price” but completely failed to mention that this price was ONLY for the fob — without the physical key blade. That is beyond unreasonable. When you quote someone for a “key,” any normal person would understand that to mean a complete key, not a partial piece missing a critical component. Terrific buying experience! We worked with Anthony to purchase our X5 hybrid. From the very beginning, he was professional, highly responsive and easy to work with.
