Update: Bought from bmw durham, great experience. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to be treated with respect to find a different dealership. - I walked in as a serious buyer, ready to test drive and close a deal that day. Nobody greeted me. The receptionists were on their phones, and when I asked to speak with a salesperson, I was brushed off with no follow-up. I visited this location with my father, but all accessible spots were occupied by vehicles without permits, so I blocked a few to ask about the situation and see if we could move one for parking, as he was interested in a demo vehicle; unfortunately, they didn’t take any responsibility and just stared blankly at me, so we decided to go to the BMW store in Ajax instead, where we received excellent service and found no illegal parking.
