It was the first time that I brought my car in for servicing at this dealership. As soon as I walked in I felt such great energy . Everyone I had eye contact with smiled and greeted me with a hello and good morning. Patricia who was my service rep was very welcoming and extremely efficient . The Laval team definitely won me over . Even though I leased my car from another BMW dealership as far as my maintenance is concerned I will continue my visits here .
Great experience! The Bodyshop did a great job fixing the rust by replacing the fender and a great paint job. The job was done under warranty on our 10 year old car. Highly recommend it!
Vraiment déçu du service reçu pour l’achat de mon véhicule. Très difficile de communiquer avec quelqu’un et d’avoir un suivi. Nous sommes allés ailleurs pour acheter et nous prenons possession sous peu. Dommage
