Worst experience ever at BMW Kingston. Manager Salman completely screwed up my delivery date after I traveled all the way from Niagara Falls. This guy has zero professionalism, zero accountability, and frankly no respect for customers’ time. He gave me the runaround, wasted my trip, and acted like it was no big deal. Honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Sarah was extremely helpful in all aspects all the way from the initial phone call, ordering the vehicle, to handover and delivery.
