Picked up my M340xi from Sarah and the experience was awesome. She was super friendly, knew her stuff, and always quick to get back to me. What I really appreciated was how Sarah and the whole dealership treated me like a person, not just another number (which is way too common at the big city places). Honestly worth the drive from Ottawa or even the GTA. If you’re looking for a BMW, go see Sarah!
As a potential customer who is still trying to find their next BMW. I was extremely pleased with Sarah at Kingston BMW. Not only did I never feel pressured, she was extremely responsive even through email and answered every question I had. The service was impeccable. I bought this vehicle sight unseen from montreal, the team at bmw kingston ESPECIALLLY Amir went above and beyond . Not only did he come in Saturday to deliver my car . He spent an hour and a half setting it up with me . We found a few scratches and asked him to find me a touch up pen . Bmw did not have it for this frozen deep grey paint .
