Had an amazing buying experience with Infinity Cars! I had just two days to close the deal, and Mr. Sagar Singh was super proactive, setting up all the test drives at my place in Thane, even though it was a bit far, that too within 1 hour. The staff named Hari Om is extremely unprofessional, avoid giving vehicles in his hand, he will ruin your car and not take the responsibility. He is a driver there and has no sense of driving, upon which mannerless and zero professionalism. Brand with such esteem should avoid having staff like these which also ruin the brand and showroom names.
From the time of booking till delivery the staff provided amazing customer service.
