Da all are a great staff..
I was literally 1 minute past the ten minute window for an appointment time. I had even called in advance to explain the issue I had. I had trouble getting my kid out of school early, and I also work night shift. .. i had two appointments. One at 3:45 and one at 4:15 for me and my daughter. The lady still made me reschedule my appointment although I was 1 minute past the 10 minute grace period. I sat around and watched the employees basically relax and chill. I will never come back to this place.
A great benefit for BMW employees, however don’t expect availability to be seen when sick. Always booked months out.
I be there since 2 years now and never had any issues. Everything is good organized and never had any negative experience with any doctor.
