Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the unprofessionalism at this manufacturer-operated location. I visited twice and specifically selected a certified pre-owned X1 to view. My appointment was confirmed, I arrived on time, inspected the car, and was even asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive.
