Terrible communication. Impossible to get on the phone. Wouldn’t answer calls or texts. But they got the job done.
Great dealership I just leased a 2016 X5 from Boyd and he was such a dream to work with so on top of things and helpful and we wrapped everything up in a day. It was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. I love my car dealership has a really great vibe
The management of the service department was disrespectful, untrustworthy and did not do the right thing. I would not recommend this dealership. They advertise tread life warranties on their website upon which customers make purchasing decisions and then refuse to honor the warranties or allow staff to do the footwork to get claims covered, and will lie and say anything to get you to believe that the coverage doesn't exist.
