"The BMW Concord Collision Center took about a week to repair the front end of my Mini Cooper. The entire process from arranging a tow truck to pick up my car in Oakland, dropping my Mini in Concord, handling the insurance claim, rental car pickup and drop off all went very smoothly. I have had my Mini Cooper repaired at BMW Concord Collision Center on three occasions after incurring damage from third party vehicles. Staff are friendly and helpful and the work is always completed in a professional manner resulting in a restored car showroom quality.
My dented and scratched BMW is good as new. Courteous staff. Easy interface with rental car company. I would use them again, though I hope I don't need to.

It couldn't have been any better! From the phone call to going in immediately, getting a ride home promptly and getting my car back in three days! Plus my car looks perfect! Thank you BMW Collision for being on the ball like so many companies these days are not! BMW is always the best!
