They were a pleasure They werea pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the 2014 BMW X3 that we purchased - especially all the new "tech-y" stuff. He was very patient and very responsive (whether at work or not) to any questions that we had. He made the entire purchasing process smooth and easy. This our second BMW and we will definitely be looking for Ken when it comes time to purchase our third one.

My 335i My 335i CPO was near its end and I went in for last service to take care of few things including waste gate rattle and cricket sounding belt tensionr. Tim was very helpful and continued to push to find few phantom issues I told him about. Tim continues great service what my previous SA (Jessica who is no longer there)did. . Highly recommend Tim as service advisor. I am willing to drive 50 miles to this dealer as Sonnen is nowhere near the quality level service.
Concord BMW This auto dealership is impressive. First of all they have many salespersons, and a huge number of cars in stock. We custom ordered our vehicle and it was delived when we were told it would be. We obtained excellent financing from this place.

We were browsing We were browsing at the shop front. Then the client advisor approached us very politely. He is very professional and customers oriented. We were introduced and explained different options about our choices. We finally chose a particular model; however, the color we like was out. They helped us to search the database with all other dealers in CA and shipped that in within two days. Thank you, Keep up the good work.

Cars BMW has come to be a very popular company for cars now. I think they are from Germany and mostly Europe. They tend to be a bit pricey but they last a long time and they are smoothly running! I would recommend a bmw because they can run on basic gas.
