Less than one star!Son lost fob key for his ***, bought one from concord **** 600$car wouldnt start, unlock or window work. Called back had to tow to ***, said would do diagnostic, no estimate signed, *** called said CAS module now broken 1700$ and 1500 labor!!! The car worked fine before lost key!! Now we had to tow back here, 250$ more! Im am so upset!! *** doesnt take care, now were out of options!
charged me $1200 for services rendered to my vehicle without a receipt. When I called to request an itemized receipt weeks later they stated that they would not furnish an itemized receipt because the clerk who filed the records entered someone else's name on my service ticket (even though make model, VIN and payment instrument were all mine).No doubt this is their way of sidestepping fraudulent charges.Complete grifters and incompetents - avoid at all costs
B M W The BMW is a really nice car. There are only a few good dealers in CA, and of course, where I live, I sure don't want to drive all the way to San Francisco to get a look at them. They are very nice cars, (gas guzzling, of course) and this dealer showcases them very nicely. You can talk to a sales rep. and have them find a car that will fit your needs. And, hopefully, your price range.
Always great service Always great service - work done right first time, on time. Great experiences with Service Advisors over the years. I was given every available discount. On the expensive side, but worth it to get loaner car, flexible service hours + NEVER have been stranded due to car break-down (2000 M5, almost 200,000 miles)! Unlike experiences with other dealerships. They went above + beyond for me, including trim paintwork at no extra charge! Apparently, you do get what you pay for... Recommended + will go back.

This was my first purchase at BMW Concord. This was my first purchase at BMW Concord. After a few minutes browsing cars in the lot, J.T came out and introduced himself. He was very down to earth and very pleasant. Very knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever. He showed us every option in the lot. He did not try to point us to a higher priced model and actually suggested the lower priced model (less powerful engine) as being the best bet for us. Former BMW Former BMW owner, but actually purchased an Infiniti EX35 trade-in. Peter did a great job, friendly, knowledgeable, honest. Came up with an offer I couldn't refuse. Also, was going to run this through my credit union, their finance dept blew them away, went with them. Will def return when I return to BMW in two years to get my 335i.
