Tried to call and get a service quote for my BMW. Got one of the worst service reps I've ever spoken to anywhere. Almost hung up on her. Couldn't even give me an out the door price on a simple regular maintenence job. I don't pay transaction fees on multi thousand dollar service jobs, so I guess if you can't give me a total I can't bring you cash to pay you. Took my business to Classic BMW and ending up paying less anyways and have a wonderful rep there.
Great service as usual. Extremely disappointed to have to pay for service on a lease vehicle. I learned that if you have a 39 lease your service only covers you up to month 36. Even as an educated consumer who has been with BMW for over 20+ years this was the first one. Clarity, communication and early disclosure on this subject would have been ideal- especially as I will have to trade off the vehicle in 4 weeks.
From the moment I walked into the showroom, I knew that was the car I've been searching for. I was greeted by Saint who was very professional, guided me through the whole process, and I bought my dream car!. Thank you Blake, Jack, and your whole team. Exceptional service. I'm so HAPPY. See you in 3 years.
