Brought my X5 in for service. I was actually a day late. Somehow I mixed up my appointment schedule but they made it work. They always make me feel like I’m their only customer. Thanks BMW Cleveland!
Did good work. It was covered by warranty. Got a quote as an "immediate" need for replacing a seeping front strut. Not really leaking. Just seeping so the strut is a little dirty. Very expensive and definitely not an immediate or urgent need. I will keep an eye on it. Definitely not an urgent concern.
The service from start to finish in purchasing a car was excellent ! Everyone was welding, helpful and courteous. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I’ve made 2 calls to 2 different people concerning a question I have with the vehicle and am still waiting on a call back. Thank you.
