Went to have work done on my 2012 X5 and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. My service advisor Ken N. went above and beyond to get me discounts, loaner vehicles, and even a complimentary detail. He understood that it's an older vehicle and worked with me to meet my preferences of work on the vehicle, as opposed to pressuring or using scare tactics to get additional unnecessary work done. Every couple years I buy a car from a dealership with the worst service department in America BMW Cleveland ☹️ to keep my car for almost a week and give it back without working lights, panels not attached, and scratches in the plastic is more than disappointing. And tell me to come back in 3 weeks?? I originally loved this dealership because of my salesman.
