I’ve had the pleasure of having services from every department. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Services are fast and convenient.
My husband and I have been using the dental service at AFHC since I was hired on by BMW 6 years ago. We've always had great experience with the professional staffs. However, yesterday afternoon when my husband arrived for a teeth cleaning appt, he was referred to periodontics without a routine teeth cleaning being completed - that was disappointing, we didn't know why a regular teeth cleaning cannot be done by the hygienist, thought it would need one if there's periodontics condition. This place is horrible! The ever changing staff, can’t get an appointment in a timely manner, not to mention the lack of bedside manner. I went years without going and decided to give it another try. Well it’s has gotten worse. Don’t waste your time!
