I would truly give a zero if possible. Listen to these reviews because they are all true. The hygienist is the worst. She has a very condensing tone, as well as dentist Rau or whatever her name was. They talk to you like you are uneducated, when some of us have bio degrees too. Wasted months going to every appointment to be sent home three times, still no cleaning. In these 5 months I should have had almost 2 but they don’t want to do anything in this office. Just rack up scanning charges!!!!!!!!!! Do better BMW, we deserve ... read more
I’ve had the pleasure of having services from every department. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Services are fast and convenient.
My husband and I have been using the dental service at AFHC since I was hired on by BMW 6 years ago. We've always had great experience with the professional staffs. However, yesterday afternoon when my husband arrived for a teeth cleaning appt, he was referred to periodontics without a routine teeth cleaning being completed - that was disappointing, we didn't know why a regular teeth cleaning cannot be done by the hygienist, thought it would need one if there's periodontics condition.
