I had a smooth appointment the staff were all really nice and professional
This is what I've learned over the many years of trying to schedule an appointment if you or your family is sick. They don't care; you have a very small windows to call in the morning to get an appointment. If you call too late, all of their time slots fill up and when you ask to be seen the following day they refuse to make an appointment and tell you to call again tomorrow, so you have to play the did I call in time lottery every day to hopefully get an appointment. The BMW vision center customer service is horrible and the receptionist at the front desk was very disrespectful and rude to both my wife and I! The way she speaks to the patients that come in is very concerning and is a reflection on the entire staff and leadership of the vision center. Needless to say, I booked an appointment with another center that is not affiliated before my wife’s appointment was completed. - The Optometry Director should be concerned with her staff and how her receptionist is interacting with her pati... read more
