I am grateful for any factory tour, although the $20.00 tour left me with the been there done that feeling and no desire to own a BMW vehicle. Specifically the tour seemed unclear about any of the processes that we were partially getting to see and the tour guide was far from detailed. By comparison the next day we toured the Freightliner chassis factory a half hour away and they were excellent!! If you have mechanical interests and would like an engaging transportation tour you won't regret meeting Brian at Freightliner.
