For being the first time delivering there wasn't bad. Huge facility pretty much common sense dropping off your trailer. Just have to be very vigilant be are all over and traffic is crazy
BMW do better
Place is huge. I always get here early and get a door assigned, but nobody ever acknowledges you after Hitting the dock. I hear they start early and unload quick, but not my experience. Since, I have had better experience, however, a new location today. They sure don't like to give maps out, unless you ask directly. Told the lady I don't know where to go this time, she wrote on my paper, "ask them inside where to dock trailer." I had to get back on intercom and ask where I even needed to go, to ask that.
