Took it in for a service with a questionable vibration. Tom would not give up until he found and fixed the source and other issues found at the time. Worked hard to find the most reasonably priced replacement parts. Great work all around!

I advise everyone not to choose this company if you don't want to ruin all your plans. I made an appointment a month in advance to install an alcohol lock, even provided the car model to the confident owner, who assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Later, I realized he scheduled the pickup on Easter holiday, so I called to see if I could pick it up a day earlier since I needed the installation proof for a license exchange after Easter.
