If you see a guy in a bass pro shops hat turn around and walk out or ask for someone else. Guy is totally clueless and possibly deaf? I don’t know but he didn’t understand ANYTHING I said and now I’m waiting 5 days to get my 200 bucks back. Absolute joke

Not a good experience at all, would not recommend if you are building a custom home. We went in and picked out all of our doors, glass in doors, windows, trim, doorknobs, ect..... we went several months in advance talk to Jennifer and she wrote something down and that's about as far as it went....got the right doors, we'll some of them, one exterior door was just whatever they decided we could have because come time to install we was told the one we picked out 2 or so months in advance would be 6 weeks to order in, we didn't... read more
