My family 👪 has been with BMS Genesis for several years under Dr Taylor at the Snediker location and continue with Dr Sealy to this day. The medical department staff is very professional and a joy to work with. I want to thank the medical department team in a special way, but can't help but single out the office manager Mrs. Elizabeth Campbell for going above and beyond the call of duty to help out my family whenever we can her ordered urgent service or have questions or concerns.

The service has deteriorated drastically. My daughter did her yearly physical since Aug 2020 and to date I have yet to get the record to submit to her school. I spoke to someone 3 times on it and still no results. Now! I can't even get someone on the phone. I will be switching, I've had enough.

It appears that my first review was some how removed, My experience with BMS GENESIS was the worst. Not just one time but on every occasions. My last bad experience was when I called the office to speak with Dr. Sealy and I was told by the Female receptionist that I needed to tell her what is was that I wanted to discuss with my doctor. After informing her about HIPA . She became belligerent and told me that there was no way that I would be allowed to speak with my doctor. Wish I could give no stars
