I was a first time patient who was in desperate need of a medical visit. I didn’t have insurance or a source of income. I called and spoke to Annette who was an absolute savoir!! No other representative listened to me! She heard me and was able to squeeze me in on the same day. I really wish I was able to speak to her boss to praise her! People don’t understand how stressful and hard it is to maintain health insurance and receive care from people who actually want to help. Thankyou So Much Annette !!!

I called to get another prescription due to a medication that my pharmacist doesn't carry. Nurse Moore needs to be more attentive when people are speaking with her, instead of talking to people like they are idiots because she wants to sound right. When I call, I call to have my problem solved and not to battle back and forth to see who is the more intelligent one, she really needs to work on her people skills and stop talking people like she's more intelligent and everyone else are idiots and beneath her.
