I had a ice maker leak. BMS took care of the midegation . They then sent in a crew to install the new flooring. Jamie Mulholland was the supervisor and point man for this. He was in constant communications with me , explaining what, and when things would happen. It was nice to have crews there when they said they would be .
This place is a scam, we paid them $2500 and they have yet to come do the work they agreed to do so we are left with a hole in the ceiling and I our bathroom is ripped up and we cannot use that bathroom still, its been almost two months !
We had a wonderful experience working with BMS! Jamie, our project manager, was courteous, quick, and a wealth of knowledge- a true professional of his trade. Kudos to the entire BMS team for honest and reliable work. Highly recommend.
Terrific service from beginning to end. Flawless installation of new flooring in my house, worked for almost 12 hours on a holiday to get it done. All furniture gently placed out of the way and put back exactly as it was. Came back later to help move my desk to lay a rug. Worked seamlessly with my insurer.
We had our bathroom renovated. From design to demolition, reconstruction, tiling, painting, and the final touches the team was professional, courteous, and displayed an expertise. We are so pleased with their work.
