Over all it was Crappy , they took a long time , even though things were dried out and ready to be fixed. 6 weeks we had to sleep in the living room. They also broke a Hummel figurine item, they did not tell us about it (had it on camera) . When we brought it up , they stated they would sent a check after they received payment from us. THEY never sent the payment for the broken figurine and they NEVER returned the calls after they got their money. I was looking to totally renovate a house that has been in my family for 3 generations. It's an old house from the 60's and was in great need of a top to bottom renovation due to years of neglect. Blackmon Mooring was able to come in and perform a complete reno in less than two months. Had water penetrations into house Sept 25 the previous contractor did water remediation but dragged there feet on the restoration phase. Early Dec 25 I changed to Blackmon Mooring BMS, best move i could have made. The organization was very thoughtful and empathic about our predicament. They moved very rapidly considering the Holiday Season.
