We absolutely cannot say enough good things about the entire crew at Blackmon Mooring and everything they have done for us! We had a huge water leak in our home that caused extensive damage to the walls, shower, and flooring. Blackmon Mooring handled every single step of this process for us and did such an incredible job of everything! Everything and everyone was nice, UNTIL, I asked Kevin, the manager of the restoration part of the process, a question and had an appointment that day of the restoration. He didn’t feel that I, as the customer, should be asking questions of him or have a medical appointment on the day of the restoration. My 24 year old son was present during the exchange and felt Kevin was rude and disrespectful during the encounter. The project coordinator for Blackmon Mooring Ryan Miller came out this morning to extract residual water from a leak on the HVaC. Called ahead and told us when he would be here. Arrived promptly when he said. Wasted no time getting to work. Informed us of his diagnosis and recommended repair. The man is a pro. Knows what he is doing. Very professional. Blackmon Mooring took very good care with my parents. They cleaning up water damage from a pipe burst in February. They came back to repair the damages Sheetrock and trim board and painted the rooms damaged. Very nice and patient. If anything were to happen again they will be my first call. I appreciate all the crews involved. Very professional and kind .
