Was verbally quoted one price, then when the bill came in, I pointed it out what I was told but was informed that I didn't go through the correct channels to get the discount... When they replaced the padding, BMS used a pad that was skinnier than the one that was there in place. The BMS job coordinator rep said that what was there... ?Then why is there a viable step down from the old pad to the new one?... Horrible customer service and pricing!

What a HORRIBLE company! They call themselves a restoration company, yet made our situation 20x worse! PLEASE do your research before you tell these people to help you. Trust the bad reviews. I know they are not the only ones who do this type of service. GUARANTEE there is another service out there with LEGITIMATE business!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We had storm damage in April 2025 where a tree hit my house, destroyed my two story deck, broke two windows, and a french door. Good news is my windows and doors were ordered this week just in time for the winter storms! Too bad I have to wait 2.5 months for them to deliver... I paid in full but they won't send me a "paid" invoice so I can get reimbursed by insurance. Six months of effort. No results.
