The evening of my kitchen sink and disposal causing a flood in my kitchen, Blackmon Mooring was at our home within 2 hours to start drying things out. They followed up in the next few days, exactly as they said they would, and did a great job!
Poor management
The interaction with BM was great. They were on top of the project from the beginning. The sub who did the work was nice enough but we had a hard time scheduling. His wood guys did a fair job but his tile guy was terrible. We had to get him to come back and retile about a dozen spots and it still wasn't up to the quality of tile work originally done in the house but it is livable. I would recommend BM for your needs but not this sub.
Bill was great, walked through my sons apartment and was very thorough in his feedback.
