Was verbally quoted one price, then when the bill came in, I pointed it out what I was told but was informed that I didn't go through the correct channels to get the discount... When they replaced the padding, BMS used a pad that was skinnier than the one that was there in place. The BMS job coordinator rep said that what was there... ?Then why is there a viable step down from the old pad to the new one?... Horrible customer service and pricing!

You need to train one of your drivers better. I watched van 14169 kept cutting off semi trucks, hitting his brakes, and repeatedly baiting big rigs to jump into the fast lane just to speed back up on US 287 north. He basically kept creating a very effective rolling roadblock. Don't try to defend this behavior either because I recorded it all on my dashcam. If you're going to road rage, at least don't do it in a company vehicle.
