Fayetteville NC BMS CAT is a great restoration company. My home had water damage due to a cracked water line. The damage area included both upstairs bathrooms, downstairs bathroom, laundry room, closet and flooring in the den. My insurance contacted BMS CAT and they were at my home within 1 hour. Scammers. Offered a free estimate then tried to charge $194 for an "inspection" when I received the estimate. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this company.
They will lose and mislabeled your things you have to stand over them like a hawk and will lie about it. Personal experience.
When you go through something as tragic as a house fire, you're hoping you will be dealing with professionals who will get you back into your home as soon as possible. Highland Construction, BMS CAT, actually owes me money. I left a review on the other locations Google review and encourage everyone to read ALL the horrible reviews. They cashed my deductible check BEFORE they even had their estimates into to USAA. I decided not to use them, asked for the money back and was told they used the money for emergency tarping.
