A Job Well Done BMS - Mike and Barb - have been cleaning both our carpets, (chairs and couches - when needed) yearly for well over 20 years. When the job is finished the carpets look as good as if they are new again. I am always surprised that they can remove stains that I thought were there forever.
Strange Smell Since purchasing my home two years ago I've had an odd petroleum type smell in my master BR carpet ... have tried everything ... was "cleaned" by the sellers two years ago ... Mike came out yesterday, listened patiently to my story, had his neat young employee shampoo the carpet and the smell is GONE. I'm happy to recommend Mike, Barb and BMW!
