Awsome called and picked up some suspension parts in same day fast easy awsome place to buy from
BMR stands behind their products. I had a faulty part and I think now that the only reason it was faulty is because Universally Modified in Sterling Virginia again failed to tighten down the sway bar at all. When I heard the rattling, they said oh well that’s normal. That’s just because you had us replace parts that had rubber in them with steel, but then when I found that the sway bar was super loose and tightened it down now the car is quiet. Purchased upper control arms maybe 2 years ago for a build. Finally got it on road this summer. For whatever reason pivot bolt backed off, they tell you run it loctite and torque. I called just to get replacement part# . After hearing my tale the kind gentleman sent me free replacements. Cant ask better than that. Thanks BMR
I called today, October 15, 2025, with a question about front control arms for a lowered ‘04 Mach 1 Mustang. The rep I spoke with could have upsold me on the tall ball joint version like “CountryBicep” tried, but he didn’t. Instead he explained the issues I might see with the more expensive option and recommended the cheaper standard version. Seems like pretty standup customer service to me.
