Customer service not great . Last year they charged me for and sent me the wrong hardware, never refunded that. They did send the right item afterwards, a discount bin item..sent that without adjusting the price... on 2 different hardware sets. SHADY this year They gave me the Wrong tracking information,glenn told me my old hardware would swap over with my new rear toe rods. That was wrong, so i had to make a whole nother order, pay $14 for shipping when it should have came with the rods that were eligible for free shipping ... read more
I will never purchase their parts never again. Tech support is terrible, Glenn expects me To know everything. And how the hell am I Supposed to know which bolts are specific For my sway bar kit? And I’m still figuring Whether it’s worth me wasting my time
Great products but Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I had parts missing from my order that took several hours of being on hold for customer service and waiting several weeks to get resolved.

I ordered the high performance lowering springs for my 95 Z28. Fast shipping, beautiful powder coat, and everything fit perfectly. Customer service was extremely gracious and helpful when I called in with what turned out to be a bonehead installation question. I couldn't be happier. GREAT company to deal with! Thanks!
