Terrible customer service the lady named Stephanie that works there. Is just rude and not helpful at all. Such a disappointing experience
Worst customer service and awful cheaply defective products. Brought a rear differential lockout for my mustang just for it for the bolt to snap in half when merging on the hwy and tried to blame “ install and over torqued “ . Newsflash if they were both bolts would break at install not just one when driving.
Another 1 star review to show their absolutely horrible parts and service. Garbage from start to finish.
They sell stuff they don’t even have in stock. Then when you ask about your order they tell you it’s back ordered. Then they make you wait for a few more weeks and when you ask about your order it’s excuse after excuse. First it was the “welding department” then issues with the “powder coating department” excuse after excuse. And customers service is trash. I will never purchase from them again.
