They messed up my address on my order, said they were going to fix it, never did, and now ignoring my calls. They are not calling back and I have no idea where my package is going.
I purchased a set of mk7 BEC headlamps for my 16 GTI and the passenger side clear coat started to peel a month after install. I contacted Ed and after a quick search he was able to see that the set I got was one of the last few sets that were made before they stopped making them and started making the mk7.5 headlights in their place. After ECS screwed me on an order for a downpipe, not only was I able to get it from BMP, but Autrey helped me get it expedited so I could have it in time. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
Even in these uncertain times, BMP processes faster than anyone else. I place an order late at night and the next morning it's already on its way. If there are cheaper options out there (good luck finding them) they certainly won't have the service.
