I had a good experience with this BMP home mobility care in procuring a wheelchair for my father. I dealt with Ken and he was absolutely wonderful. I would do business with him again.
They lied to us from the beginning. Ken told us we have a year to exchange and he was nothing but nasty. Nobody should be sent here at all they don't understand what they say. They sold a used bed with a new mattress and the mattress does not fit They should be more understanding and fix the problem. Instead of saying their too busy to speak properly to customers
Not happy so far… address on web is wrong (not their main site, yet still, I spoke w them many times before I had to go pick up my items & never once did they mention they moved to the OTHER SIDE of the city 😒) Almost every time I call they don’t answer the phone, so I get sent to the v-mail, that isn’t set up to take messages, then wait for them to call me back.
