Although I love the venue I wish there would be more diversity when it comes to concerts. There is nothing wrong with country music but please book a rock/metal band for once or even a rap artist.This place could really put Rockford on the map for large touring acts but they choose to only book ice hogs games, kid shows, WWE Live and country artists. I would love to be able to go to a concert in Rockford rather than drive to Chicago, Milwaukee, or Peoria.
Never in my years of travelling to hockey arenas have I been told to be quiet by the staff because I'm cheering "too loud". That was quite pathetic. The best part is i was 100% sober so its not to be mistaken that I was drunk and disorderly. Please if I'm too loud for you, do yourself a favor and don't ever go to an NHL game.
Love this arena! Have seen many events here and they never disappoint
Its a great place to watch the Icehogs there aren't any bad seats in the House
