So slow here 20 minutes for simple deposits
Carolina, one of their advisors, was AMAZING! She took us in right away, understood what we wanted, and made everything clear as to what would benefit my husband and I the most. Highly recommend this branch and if you ever need an account opened, Carolina is amazing!
Horrible customer service! My wife had fraudulent charges back in April 2023 this year! She cancelled her card, even the company where the purchases were made said she didn't make them nor was it shipped to our address and they won't refund her money $250.00 goes a long ways at Christmas and they still deny her a return! Will be naking a call to the better business burea too!!
