This is the most inept bank I have ever dealt with! Having always paid our mortgage before it was due plus paying extra, they messed up the account causing it to look like we had late payments- ruining our credit report. The bank manager, Danielle Morris, claimed yo have “handled it” but did nothing! It has been one month and we are still trying to get this solved. They do not care about the damage they create for their customers- complete incompetents!
