I went to open a checking account yesterday around 4:40 pm and they denied the service saying there wasn't enough time to open the account as they close at 5 pm. But come on, your office hour is 9 am - 5 pm and I came within your office hour. This is just ridiculous that you send a customer back and just pay attention on the clock.
