Up to 6 separate transactions for the ATM to correctly accept your cash, mobile app has to be downloaded and re-downloaded everytime it is used, will not accept checks via mobile app either. For such a large bank I am very displeased.
What a mistake I made opening a checking account here. Live and learn. Nobody in my branch bank can make any decisions of important. What's the purpose of having a personal banker if the decisions aren't made in the bank? And then they want 50 dollars to close my checking account? If I could give you a lower star rating I would!
