I love the Apple Valley location. There is an amazing blonde woman who is so personable and charismatic to our whole family and it’s such a pleasure. The other staff there as well are so friendly and kind. I have had bad experiences at the Roseville location but only use that one when I’m back at school. I had my debit card compromised and needed to get a new one. When I called BMO's customer service line they said I could stop into a branch and get a new card instead of waiting for one in the mail. This is the closest one to me (still a 15 minute drive away), and when I stopped in, the teller told me "there's only one banker on staff and they're with a customer, sorry we can't do it."
