The hours suck the people talk to much to the people they know that others can not get their own banking done. I get being friendly but they need an express line. They only are open 3 hrs on Saturday when their other banks are open 4. Which I think all should be open 5 at least.

Vicki at the Bartlett, IL location was just absolutely wonderful in helping with my husband and my banking needs. She was so patient and kind. Bonnie was also a very great help. Would highly recommend going to this location if you want 5 star service! Thank you ladies for all of your help!!!
Worst customer service ever. The teller didn’t know what they were doing to cash a check and even after I told them the manager told the teller I was being difficult. They didn’t even know how to cash a check made out to cash. What a joke.
