I just wanted to give some feedback on my wonderful experience I had with Charlene yesterday. I drove up to the bank because it’s just so much easier than trying to use your phone system. I had an appointment with Charlene and she got me right in there and she was really wonderful and charming and just a really fabulous woman. Still have stupid plastic in front of the teller windows where you cannot easily converse with the teller. How impersonable.
I went to deposit 39k they counted it three times and said it was 32.6k. I trusted them considering they are my bank and went to question the person I was paid the money by. Then before I got to that they called and said it was actually 37.1k. I went to the branch to try and clear things up and was told to leave or they would call the police. Oh boy.. Been coming to this location on and off for almost 4 years now. Watching the customer service absolutely tank at this location has been sad. BMO has always been a bit different to work with, that’s ok when customer service is amazing. Walked in today, zero greeting as one teller fled the scene because she was off, which she made clear to everyone.
