Terrible experience! Horrible customer service! I went in to get change from small bills to a larger bills, nothing crazy $60. I planned on doing that then asking for a banker to obtain information on opening an account. Upon walking up to the window the interaction was not off to a great start. I've been coming to this exact location since it was M&I and merged into BMO Harris. I read through all of the negative reviews for this branch and I think these people are absolutely insane. The branch doesn't have any control over how often your physical card is locked, that's a you problem, the negative reviews about customer service are out-of-touch with reality. The employees are always professional and do a great job, they could probably use another teller during busy hours as two can be a little slow. The people who s... read more
