This is my 3rd encounter with Lela at this branch and 2 of my last encounter was horrible while I will be left unattended to and doing other business. Today was disgusting despite waited enough she asked me to come in to her office and she left me sitting while doing other things. She left me in the office without saying anything and I need to leave the office and now saw her talking to other tellers at the open space. The bankers here demonstrate a concerning lack of competence in their role. Twice we asked them everything we would need to make a change to our account and twice we wasted our time driving here to make the change only to find out we need additional documentation. Why they couldn't tell us everything up front, I'll never know. But I do know the next change we will be making is closing the account and moving to a different bank.

Lela was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me open my new checking and savings accounts and made everything so easy.

I just needed a debit card printed. I had already waited for some time in line to be assisted. Then was told to have a seat and waited about another 10 15 minutes when someone finally responded to my need she ask what can she help me with not having no idea why I was sitting in her bank. She proceeded to say she will print it. I waited for about additional 5 minutes before receiving my card. Is that too long to wait? Even when at one point you were the one customer in the bank.
