Lela was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me open my new checking and savings accounts and made everything so easy.
I just needed a debit card printed. I had already waited for some time in line to be assisted. Then was told to have a seat and waited about another 10 15 minutes when someone finally responded to my need she ask what can she help me with not having no idea why I was sitting in her bank. She proceeded to say she will print it. I waited for about additional 5 minutes before receiving my card. Is that too long to wait? Even when at one point you were the one customer in the bank.

So let's start with the fact my information has been stolen MULTIPLE times this year alone. Both personal and my business. They DO NOT give you your money back on the business cards or accounts. Leaving you and your business totally screwed if fraud happens. So after Monthly, more than one card keeps being compromised they will convince you to get a credit card and then sign up for all their stuff. THAT INFO GETS STOLEN TOO.
