I've tried making a deposit at this branches ATM three different times this week. Once the ATM wasn't accepting deposits and the other two times it displayed a message indicating that it couldn't provide a receipt. WTH?? These multi-hundred billion dollar companies can't keep the machine operating properly? Time to start looking for a different financial institution.
I have been trying for a half of an hour to speak to a living person at the Shadeland Branch in Indpls. I have a simple question. Is there a notory available in the branch on Saturdays?
It's a wonderful bank they have a lot of free services. Very professional people.
