I came to this branch to get a new card and the white lady named Rachel that was supposed to assist me. Racially profiled me, refuse to give me card to my own account and immediately ushered the security to walk me out for absolutely no reason. All because she asked about my address and I told her that my residence is different from my mailing address. Friendly staff and management leave me feeling like I'm banking in a small town. Security guard can be grouchy and bossy though.
