While I've had the pleasure of dealing with a couple of very nice, outgoing staff members at this branch, the majority of the rest simply can't be bothered. They're slow, rude, unmotivated and don't appear to understand their jobs. Was in on a Monday and they only bothered to staff two tellers. On a Monday. Try to call and they never respond. Can someone answer the phone?
Make sure you don't have an emergency because these people don't answer the phone line even if you call them 45 times in a single day they are not available to help you. Go somewhere else!
I would like to thank Darlene for her over and above customer service. Darlene helped me through a situation that l couldn't do on my own. Customer service like this is rare these days and l am very appreciative. Thanks Darlene.
