Had a very lovely interaction with the staff at this branch via the phone. Helpful, friendly, and transparent.
While I've had the pleasure of dealing with a couple of very nice, outgoing staff members at this branch, the majority of the rest simply can't be bothered. They're slow, rude, unmotivated and don't appear to understand their jobs. Was in on a Monday and they only bothered to staff two tellers. On a Monday. Try to call and they never respond.
